2004 CLK55 W209 Engine Air Filter
I removed the over-engine unit that houses my two engine air filters. After flipping it over, I see eight screws. Can anyone provide with the specifics on the tool I need remove the screws? I bought a metric hex wrench set but it is obviously not correct for the job.
I would appreciate your specific guidance on the right tool for the job!
Mike
I got a Torx wrench and removed the covers with a # 15.
I was happy to see MB-brand filters in the air boxes from the last owner.
New filters are on their way to me.
GUD filters from memory are printed MANN filters on the under side of them. Have been told they are just as good for use as long as you are using fleet paper filters.
