My brake indicator just came on. I have the OEM AMG 6 piston caliper with two piece rotor. What are my options for getting some brake pads? I asked for some quotes at local shops and some said they can't get parts for my car because of the two piece rotor? Not sure if I want to go to the stealership.

Called Oreily auto and they said these will fit?

Although it doesn't say if it's for 4 piston or 6 piston calipers.

I ended up ordering these pads from local NAPA that claims to fit. If they don't then I can always return it.

if it works on a CLK63, it will work for us. I couldn't find anyone in my country keeping these besides agents. Then I found a guy on the net local advertising all brake pads for different models of Mercedez Benz vehicles. I bought a set of pads made in Spain. Forgot the name now but their website seems to show that they are not only a long time in the industry but sure know what they're doing.
