PRETTY much a gas eater...

I only run 170 miles per tank...

freeway + local drives.

Most all AMG' are gas eaters... thats the only negative thing about them!

except the c30 cdi amg. that gets 40-50 mpg!

I have yet to get her above 20mpg. Usually hangs around 17-18mpg

8 mpg
You can get higher than 8mpg by pressing the gas pedal half way down rather than all the way

Mine does 23 on a run cruising at 80mph - averages out 19mpg.

If you can resist the power you can get higher !!!

Did anyone here buy this car to save money on gas ?
