Can you please:
1. Post photos.
2. ID the specs.
3. Post any dyno results, if you have them
Sounds exciting.

The first 3 pics are for the w208 clk55, the next 3 are the w209 clk55
There are no dyno results on the w208 headers
here are the results from the manufacter for the w209, they tested them on a slk55, the headers fit both cars.
Actual Dyno Results:
SLK55 AMG with Stock AMG Exhaust with Straight Pipe:
335.3 HP / 372.2 ft-lbs Torque
SLK55 AMG with Top Speed Pro-1 Headers installed:
348.6 HP / 386.2 ft-lbs Torque
Gained 13.3 HP / 14 ft-lbs Torque
I have their headers on my 550, and there is a noticeable difference,

I have sold over 100 sets of their headers and have not had 1 complaint. I have them on my clk and my friend has their full exhaust headers and titanium exhaust on his Ferrari F430.
They are warrantied for life against any defect like you are stating.
They are located less than a mile from me. So if there is ever any issue in the future i can easily make sure my customers are taken care of.

Can you post the primary ID of the inlets and the collector outlet ID.
I have a similar set installed on my W208 but I opened up the collector quite a bit and wrapped them. No cracking.
I am in the 400hp tire shredding range and sideways in corners, I am tuned good though.
Thanks, Gator

I just bought a set of these off of Ebay. They should be delivered Tuesday. Once I get them ceramic coated I will throw them on and have a dyno run to see results. I am really hoping they work out and free up some power in the upper RPM range. I will also be removing the secondary cats. Hopefully, I will have a dyno sheet to show any improvements from that.

If you put them on a stock tune don't get upset if you loose power.
I noticed a serious performance problem after installing them but I modded mine as well.
Tuning was required.
Cheers

I got my "headers" today. From the outside, they look GREAT! The welds on the outside look like a roll of dimes laid out all nicely. Inside the ports... different story. It is going to take some grinding on my part to get these ready for install. CDM Motorsports, I am now glad that I didn't get these from you and thankful I got them from some no name Ebayer. I would hate to be pissed at you for selling them to me in this condition. Pics will follow. I only have a Gopro camera so the pics I got came out all weird. Need to work on my lighting.

Here are some pictures of the manifolds that I got. As you can see, the inside of the "runners" will need to be cleaned up. All things considered, not a terrible deal. I don't think you can expect too much out of $350 "headers" out of Taiwan. I don't know how long it will take, but I will get these on and I will get dyno results as well.

They look the same as a set I got a few years ago for the C32. They were atrocious to say the least and I returned them asap for a refund. Trust me it is not easy to clean up, hours with a dremel, extrude honing and they will still be high risk for cracking. Did you check the flanges with a straight edge? Also make sure the flanges actually line up with the bolts on the heads.

2.5 " would be optimum but a new mounting flange would have to be formed and welded in.
The flange had a lot to work with so I utilized what I could. Eurocharged shorties were incompatible for W208.
If we start getting over $500.00 here then it is best to have a custom set built. I do not believe the trunk style header will extract all the goodness from this engine but it will make some difference.

What update are you looking for? We have sold allot of the shorty headers, every customer has said they have noticed a difference with them. No they arent going to be as good as long tubes but the bolt in and are 1/4 the price. We do have them in stock for the clk55
