2002 CLK 55 Cabriolet - with Designo interior Sale - Charlotte NC
I am selling my 2002 CLK AMG 55 Cabriolet - with Designo interior 110,000 miles. I purchased it 4 years ago... Love the car and it has been pretty much flawless for the 4 years I have owned it.
Past year maintenance:
New Battery
Tune Up
New Motor Mounts & Transmission Mount
New Brake Pads- Lifetime Performance Pads
Valve Cover Gaskets

It is a clone of my own. The drivers seat looks well maintained.
The grill has been changed. The front of these cars have a fancy to their owners only.
A facelift mod bumper cover does not change much. These cars have to be appreciated in person. Photographs limit The W208 elegance.
I added a black mesh grill on the lower bumper, and I agree you have to see it in person to really appreciate it! As you know this car can compete with any modern sports car and than some. Amazing to see how inexpensive this car is to buy now compared to the original price. I do care for the leather regularly so that helps in keeping it looking spot on!
Agreed, I went to the local Chevy dealer today to cover a recall on my sons car.
Remarkable that Chevy has a an army of corvettes powered by a 6.3 liter some supercharged selling for around the same price as our 2002 CLK 55 AMG cab.
Really nice.
One other note I have reflected on is that the Mustang Driveshaft Mimics Benz as well.
Benz has used the split driveshaft / carrier bearing for many years on many models.
This was a car of the future that still lives in the future. D2b Most fiber bus with a phone that can still operate. I am amazed each time I crack the throttle from the light.
This was the best of the best and holds its ground well. Might not have corvette sex but it still turns heads.
