Anybody interested in stepping up to an E55 AMG and cash in the pocket? Cash difference can probably be the difference between Kelly Blue Book private party sale for each.

At 349HP @5500 rpm, 391 lb-ft Torque @3000 rpm it is faster than the CLK55 converible by about a 1/2 second 0-60.
