2001 CLK 55 AMG
Did my oil change really make the beast faster?
I swear I've noticed this on other cars too. They seem to be faster after an oil change. Has anyone ever measured the hp differences or am I just smokin' crack?

BTW, Mercedes engineers deserve some credit for making oil changes a breeze.

Give us some details. When was the last time you changed the oil. The way oil changes are these days "every 10,000" miles, it could be possible that its not all in the head.

The car is going to loosen up after you get some miles on it anyway. Get better mpg too.
