Hey guys,

Sorry if this has been covered before i did try to search and i got nothing,

my star is missing from the engine cover, i have had a look on ebay and online and it appears you cant buy it separately, my friend also gave me a spare from the back of a w202 pre facelift, which was also too big.

any one know where to get a replacement?

You will likely have to look up the part number in WIS/ EPC specifically. It might be part of the assembly. The dealer will define the part for you.

Some Dealer parts are worth the time to engage local ownership and personal friendship of the brand.

The only other way is to do a deep search on Ebay or Craigslist for the assembly.

i looked everywhere, most used ones have the star missing also.
