Did AMG say anything about the CLK having any chance what-so-ever being offered with the supercharged powerplant? Even upon special request?

I will come back to the CLK 55 AMG lateron, I drove it further than the CL65.
The four tailpiped CLK is a special option - has to be re-done by AMG as I understood.
It also had a Nürburgring package with much firmer suspension - me likey!
The CLK does quite well with the non-supercharged V8 - AMG is stepping away from superchargers. The SL55 has a really hard time to keep up.
The best looking car was the SLK55 AMG - what a pearl! It really makes the old SLK look old. I need to have one before I die!
