CLK63 Caliper Mount

Hi everyone,
I have been doing a lot of research and it seems about the only parts MB does a great job at is hiding the caliper mount part number. If I were to purchase a new caliper would it come with the mounting bracket as one whole piece? I want to swap AMG brakes on my m278 E550 since they’re terrible to put it lightly. And, before I start doing turbo swaps and making big power I want better braking first. I know about c63 w204 calipers and getting an adapter, but the CLK63 non BS model share the same knuckle and my rotors are already 14.2” so if I had the part number it would be a direct bolt on. Any help is much appreciated!

Unfortunately; "MB" or even "Brembo" not selling brackets separately,

brackets comes with caliper assembly,

what's the M/Y of your E550..?,

have to check if your knuckle uses M12 or M14 bolts,,

also, need to know for sure, what's the distance between your caliper 2 holes..??

Thanks for the reply Zayed!
I have a 2012 E550 coupe so it has the C chassis. I have compared the knuckle part numbers and they’re exactly the same. Which is why I would think the 2007-2008 CLK63 non BS AMG calipers should bolt right up, and since the CLK63 uses the 360mm x 32mm rotors which makes it even better I would think.

2008 CLK63 AMG non BS knuckles
Right 2043320201
Left 2043320101

2012 E550 coupe
Right 2043320201
Left 2043320201

As far as the distance I am unsure, I would think the same since it uses the exact same knuckles which the calipers bolt to. My current calipers are different, but I wouldn’t use the mounting bracket on my current caliper. I would use the mounting bracket on the CLK63 caliper that comes with them, if they indeed do. I think the C63 w204 have different knuckles which is why I would need an adapter. If I can just buy CLK63 with 6piston and bolt them on that’s a win/win.

Yeah sure,

your "C207 E550" sharing the same Front & Rear knuckles with "W203/W204/W209",,

means; 07 "Clk63" calipers & Rotors should bolt-on into your "E550"..

Sorry I couldn’t tell if that was sarcasm or not Zayed haha I really do appreciate your input. I see what you mean, that’s why I am asking. There was someone with an E350 w212 that bolted on E63 calipers and rotors that was pretty much direct swap from a thread a while back. I already have the correct dimensions for rotors (360x32 same as CLK63 dimensions wise) as I share the same with C63 1 piece, but with different knuckles. The rear CLK63/C63 bolt right up to the rear direct swap. The hubs between my car and the CLK63 are different, and may effect rotor offset if that’s right? But for the sake of the question, if the knuckles are the exact same then the calipers should bolt on though correct? That’s why I’m asking to see if it’s feasible as it would help many people on here if possible.

Yeah, you are correct..

*for Fronts; you have (360x32) same as 07 "Clk63",

but your offset is (64.5mm), while Clk63 got (49.5mm),

*for Rears; 07 "Clk63" calipers & Rotors won't fit, cause "Clk63" spread caliper holes are (70mm),,

you will have to go with "C63" calipers & Rotors, cause spread caliper holes should be (90mm)..!
