W208 CLK55 badge question.
Hi family,
I made a stupid mistake and debadged my clk55 to paint my trunk without marking the letters for reinstall. Could somebody measure the distance between C L K and then distance till 55. Also distance between amg logo(///) and AMG letters on right side. But please in millimeters (mm) please.

I dont have the CLK 55 handy but FYI the china badges for AMG have a spacing template.
See what I can do for a photo with tape measure I have 2 W208 55 to compare.
no metric tape handy if you are still interested.

Sorry, but my tape measure is in inches... Hope this helps!
Left edge to "C" in "CLK" appears to be within a bee's dick of 1.5in.
Right edge to G in "AMG" is, likewise, within gnat's nasty of 1.5in.

What kind of glue or double tape do you plan to use? I have several inadvertently detached elements, perhaps from the prior owner washing.the car. The trunk lid looks like a replacement from the rear end collision, so perhaps the body shop didn't pick the best adhesive.
