This may be a stupid question, but...
I'm assuming that you've rolled the "cooling" vents open? I think it's kind of stupid, as it really doesn't matter what you set the temperature at. All that matters is the center dial with the blue hash marks that is for switching from the "hot" vents to the "cold" vents. If those blue marks aren't showing, you could have the air set on max A/C, and all you'll get is hot air! Kind of stupid if you ask me...

I see what you mean with the blue or red arrows....I can get cold air when its cool out but when its over 85 it stops blowing cold air
