UPDATED WITH PHOTO of ERROR CODE -CLK 63 - "SRS Malfunction Visit Workshop"
So, I don't know what the hell I did, but I was cleaning my car from head to toe and vacuumed everywhere. Just shortly later when I start the engine, I get this error for the first time and it stays on always. My seat belts also have stopped extending to me and seem to be dead having to pull it manually and then back in on both sides. Did I hit some switch somewhere under the seat while vacuuming or what could this be? Must be seat belt related right? SRS Message is always on right when I turn the car on and never goes away.

If the driver seat belt does not extend anymore, I suggest to check the connector of the seat belt locker. If good, you need the Star diag to identify which component is faulty. It could be the seat belt locker which is no more given the information that the seat belt is locked or not.It is easy to change but the default need to be erased,

It seems to confirm my scenario.
The seat belt buckle is in default. (It send a bad signal and the fact the belt is opened or locked is no more known, which explains the belt extender is no more working
It is not expensive or complex to change.
