Dont pummel me I tried a search but came up empty. DOes anyone happent o know the largest 18 or 19 wheel tire set up that can be squeezed on the CLK55. I test drove the CLK55 and with the current factory set up the wheel spin from the 17s is pretty embarassing...I figure theres a tenth ot two in wheel spin alone.. :-)

If it is a w-208 CLK55 AMG:

18x8" w/ 225/40-18 (f)
18x9" w/ 255/35-18 (r)

19x8.5" w/ 235/35-19 (f)
19x9.5" w/ 265/30-19 (r)

I think all should work well for a w-209...

I will take a look at those sizes, although I'd love to get wider under the back to keep the wheel spin to a minimum.

Actually, you can put 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 on the 208. Otherwise, those sizes are good.
