Anyone have enough experience to compare e and clk
i have both a clk55 and e55 and find the clk is so much more fun to drive. So much so I have to wonder if these two engines are really the same or is my e55 running on all cylinders, my mechanic said it is???
anyone have any experiences or comments to offer?

That's pretty cool! IMHO the clk isn't that "awesome" so I assume the E can't be much better. But...I've really wanted to get my hands on one just because it would be a nice pair with the CLK. exit 11 off 84 in Sandy Hook, CT carpool parking there's a E55 that's been sitting there for over a week wish I had it! Anyone knows who's it is?

The W208 CLK55 is a great car! I have a beater that I bought for $850 and it puts just as big a smile on my face as my daily driver W211 E55. I have never driven a W210 E55, but I don't see any reason why it would be more fun than the CLK. Maybe more luxurious, but probably not more fun.
