Extra Coaxial and Other Wires
While searching for a short that kept blowing my no. 5 fuse in the trunk (which I have isolated to my trunk lid) I took up the plastic pan in the trunk and discovered two extra coaxial-like connectors not in use and a couple other extra wired connectors also not in use - what are these for??? Is what I read on another thread correct, are these for a stereo upgrade? But I already have a Bose system...
Also, were all 2001 CLK55 W208's prewired for the CD changer? Mine looks like it is (two wires hanging loose in that area)...

The coax might have been input to RF module and Benz supplied phone. It amplified the analog Cell module transmission.
The car came wired for CD changer but fiber interface will need configuration to get one working again. Most use bluetooth or USB interrupt.
The trunk is notorious for burning the wires for dome switch. Remove the carpet cover and inspect.
