Rear SAM issues / changes?

I recently had an issue with my fuel pump relay repeatedly blowing. The relay was running hot and eventually blowing. Shop diagnosed it as a faulty rear SAM.

The shop replaced the rear SAM (with I believe a refurbished unit) and appear to have solved the over heating relay issue. However, since the replacement, the parktronic parking sensors and multi contour seat adjustment (via air pump) no longer work.

Both the seats and the parktronic share fuse 13, which is on the rear SAM. The fuse looks fine and I have tried replacing it.

Parktronic fuses: 13/41
Multicontour fuses: 13/19

Thoughts? I am thinking one of the following:
- SAM pin outs have changed
- Replacement SAM also faulty
- Install issue

It could be the harness connector pigtail. This is a common problem on E class.
The CLK does not have this problem but no reason why it could not happen.
Cheers

Thanks for the suggestion Gator.

In the end it was a later version of the SAM. The relay positions had changed. Relay moved to the correct position and all fine!
