I would like to be able to hookup a trickle charger through my 2005 CLK55 AMG's cigar lighter which is a switched circuit I understand. I think I saw somewhere that it is possible to change the position of a fuse to make that circuit "hot" all of the time, allowing the trickle charger to hooked into it. Anyone have a fuse diagram for my car and any other info about doing this? It would be easier than going directly into the battery. Many thanks.
