Hey guys
I just purchased a beautiful white convertible CLK430 with low miles and read online that it was possible to add additional HP by using the airbox and mufflers of the CLK55?
What do you think?
What about handling anything of the CLK55 suspension?

I don't know if the airbox or muffler will add any horsepower to the CLK430, but I kinda doubt it.

If you are looking for a brake upgrade I have a set of calipers from my 2002 CLK55 that I want to sell. I also have the front Eibach sway bar for sale.

I have a pair of C43 AMG heads/camshafts which will get you up to 300 hp and torque. I believe the bottom end of the 430 engine and C43 are the same. Extra power comes from the top end.

yes they both will add power, also the 55 camshafts REALLY wake up the older v8's!
