Convertible top starts to open and then just stops. Need help

Convertible top starts to open and then just stops. Need help
Convertible top starts to open and then just stops. Today I was opening the convertible top and the rear glass went down but then before the actual top could come loose and fold it just froze and there was no error on the screen. Unable to close it back but wondering what some possible causes could be.
One additional thing I noticed is that one of the rear windows does not go down fully but the other one does during the top operation. If there is a problem with that window or regulator do you think that would stop the convertible top operation from happening?
It’s not a problem with the partition or anything because I’ve had that happen and replaced shock. This is a 2005 CLK55. Thanks for any advice and help
