I understand that the clk55 cabriolet is fairly rare. I bought a 2002 with 80k miles for $5000. It runs great but has problems that are hard to ignore.
Alarm goes off for no reason I suspect battery voltage as it happens when cold
Radio goes on and off sometimes will not turn off when I remove the key
Dash lights will blink at idle some times
Climate control only works by manual setting of the temp sometimes blows cool when temp set to high
roll bar sometimes will raise for no reason
top doesn't work I treat it as a fuzzy top coupe
Any suggestions on fixing these issues or teach me how to ignore them

That's a pretty significant number of electrical gremlins - and electrical problems are notoriously hard to troubleshoot. I'd start with getting the battery tested, and checking all the fuses to ensure none are loose/blown. Also check as much wiring as you can see particularly in the vicinity of the fuse boxes - shorts, damage, etc.
With the convertible top, is there any noise at all when you hit the switch? Because that one could be either an electrical or hydraulic problem.
