Dealer says my car is worth $50K for trade in.

I just talked to the dealer today and they quoted my 2004 clk55 amg for
63k. Its pretty much loaded but no parktronic and has 5k miles on it.
I bought it in last 03' dec. My 2005 clk55 amg is set to come around
mid september. Cant wait....!!
As for the 2004 trade ins- I bet the best bet would be private party.
