Anyone else have a “K” number on their Owners Manual? What is it for?

Anyone else have a “K” number on their Owners Manual? What is it for?
Took delivery of a w208 ‘55 coupe last week, love it! Very different from my w209 ‘55 cabrio, for sure.
the w208 has the original owner’s manual pack, with quick reference guide. In two places, there is a label of “Kxxxx”
at first I thought it might be the radio code, but the original card for the radio code is in the manual, and does not match the K-code.
Just wondering what it could be- after I quick search I didn’t see anything!
