Poly front upper control arms?

Have you done the front upper arms? Did it make any noticeable difference? I'm trying to understand if I should stick with rubber bushes for the front uppers and just replace the lowers with poly bushes.
i replaced all the bushings at the same time including front upper control arm, so hard to say how much of a difference the front ones made. overall i'm happy with strongflex products.

Did you do these yourself or have a shop do them? Were they a PITA and did you need any special tools to install them? Im looking at replacing all of mine here soon as well, looks like the kit they sell is great.

Do point out not only front lower arm bushes (all 4) and also upper arm bushes (4).
But bonus is there also Camber and Caster adjustable. Same for Rear - ‘4’ bushes that are Camber and extra Toe adjustable
OEM / Factory there is only basic front and rear Toe directional adjustment.
No Camber (or Caster) allowing to adjust tire contact angles spread load more evenly to resolve costly premature excess edge tire wear.
