Hey boys!
guess we’re gonna continue keeping this forum alive a little longer… lol
w208 CLK55 AMG Designo vert. Sold.
What a beaut @ 78k miles.
coupe is getting new upper control arms and an alignment along with her wheels and supersprint exhaust. proper spacers as well 👏🏼 God may take care of whirl and 42 mph vibration with just straightening out trans fluid level… if not she’s getting manual swapped 😂
192k + !!
ugh after going all in with the ML55 we learned a lot about the crankshaft parts pricing etc.
too much BS from Mercedes’ and FCPeuro on both sides atleast we’re not dealing with a shop on this one… haha move it to the w163 ML55 AMG forum why don’t ya.
M113 AMG and should be all for that matter have a remove and replaceable woodruff key without removing timing chain cover etc. not labeled in parts diagram.
unless it’s been too far gon’d but based off my own and what I’ve seen…don’t trash the car/engine or rule it out.
I think it’ll all slap back together and be a ok from a machine standpoint.
have to thank JoeJernst aka stumptown Benz for the motivation to pin the crank let alone not trash the car and part it out. Never wanted to pin it in the first place though 😂😂😂
I was ready for it! Let’s see how this goes… let alone how long it lasts
so that I can get to the coupe and go 160 Lmao.
