Won't shift until 4K RPMs

Won't shift until 4K RPMs
This started today in the morning. Either in C or S mode the car won't shift unless is over 4K RPMs. I'm using the M mode until I can take my care to the dealer next week. Any ideas?

If it only does this when the car is cold it could be due to the car holding gear longer to help heat up the cats quicker.
