The planets are finally in alignment!
Excuses, excuses....I've been promising myself to have new parts installed for months. I told myself "I'll just wait till the tires wear out, THEN I'll have everything done at once."
Then work got super busy.
I started planning for my wedding / bought an engagement ring
I was travelling frequently.
I was never home.
I was lazy.
My A-service wasn't due yet.
I had to install a new furnace at home ($$$$)
Too many projects going on at once.
The tires hadn't worn down yet....(needed another day at the track)
.....the days, weeks and months rolled on..... and the excuses continued to pile up.
***********
Well, I am happy to report that (at least for me) the planets have finally lined up!
The appointment has been made (11/26), and all the work will be done at once....same day, same shop.
The parts that have been gathering dust around home will finally see the light of day:
Euro-spec AMG springs/install - been sitting at home since May
New springs pads (1 bump rear, 2 bump front)
New rubber (PS2s) - been sitting at home since August
A-Service
I'll be ready to go with a new lowered look, fresh rubber and fully serviced. I'll take some pics after the install to show any differences. At that point, my modding will be complete (unless I can get my hands on some dirt-cheap 18" monoblocks)

Chappy, check the other thread. You might find my experience with the euro-springs helpful. Basically, I would check what spring pads you have on there now before installing 2/1. I ended up with 4/1 and the front is marginally lower but I never have anything in the trunk except maybe golfclubs. The PS2 is a great tire so far.
