I have a 2003 clk 55 with ALL new front end suspension parts even tires. For some reason I have a bad vibration in my steering wheel over 40 mph. New struts , control arms , inner outer tie rod ends, end links . Can't find the reason it shakes. I do have rims off a s63 amg with very small spacers to make them fit but it didn't shake before so why now.

 

So what you are saying is that after replacing the suspension components, this vibration appeared?

 

I would start with a torque wrench.....

 

I think so since I did everything at once and new tires it started

In that case, I would check your tires once again, including the balancing.

 

Did you leave everything loose until weight on wheels? Aligned?
