03 Clk55 no attempt to crank

First time poster but I’m a little lost at the moment. My battery was as dead as I’ve ever seen a battery, read 10.9 V, I believe my alarm went off overnight and killed it but that doesn’t matter, it didn’t start with a jump pack or cables. I replaced it with a crappy little battery and jumped it off that, was able to start it twice before it stopped. I charged my old battery to a very healthy 13.2 sitting volts. When put in the car everything lights up but absolutely no attempt to start happens when the key is turned, this also happened with the little battery after the second time jumping. I’ve ordered a new battery to see if it’ll fix it as my current battery is only rated for 730 cca which seems very low. However, the leading theory I’m considering is a possible voltage mismatch in modules putting in into some kind of safety mode. Perhaps the car has immobilized itself as it thinks it’s being stolen? I’ve checked a few feet of battery wire, none was corroded, I’ve cleaned the battery terminals, safety features like steering wheel locking turn off when the key is in, I’ve discharged the car and let the battery sit a while, and I’ve tried to start it in neutral. Should I just wait for the new battery or can i go into modules and clear random codes? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: The key doesn’t lock or unlock the car currently but it could just be 2 failures happening simultaneously as I haven’t actually replaced the key battery yet
