Donuts
Instant 360 degree donut, all within the length of the car. It might seem stupid, but you will smile.
p.s.- I did not exceed 4500 rpm, didn't engage the forbidden "kickdown", and broke no laws that I know of.
This will be the best 'as-delivered" drift car of all time. AS

What color did you get? Enjoy it in good health! MagwheelWait a minute? What the hell am I saying? We need pics, license plate # and your blood type for proof!!!
Sold my E55 and just got a silver BE. My particular passion is street-legal track cars, and the new one seems like a great fit. It is way more performance oriented than M series BMW's, but not as compromised as the 996GT3 (which I didn't enjoy on the street). Also about 10 times more precise than a standard AMG vehicle.
My interest in the car initiated with seeing the Indy F1 race, and watching the safety car circulate. As great as the BE sounds, you realy need to hear the safety car-though it probably won't pass any decible limits.
Still thinking about a personalized plate. As an Infectious Disease specialist, I have generally run variants of the word "Euthermic", which means "normal temperature"., but on the street-legal race cars, I run variants that reflect the car's racing heritage (my old Lola Can Am was "Group 7", my La Carrera winning Kurtis is "1 Mexico", and my Studabaker-rebodied Winston Cup Monte Carlo La Carrera car is "Pseudo"). I will let you know when I come up with a good plate that isn't too queer.
Right now, I am working hard to get to 1,000 miles (it really isn't work, except for the frequent refueling) so I can get to Gingerman before the weather turns. I'm sure it will take some getting used to, as this car tends to steer from the rear much more than most. I'm guessing it will be more like my Kurtis (also has a locker diff) that will take a set and drift every corner.AS
