Sunday in Sacramento
There is a group of enthusiasts who like to get together at a local shopping area. So last Sunday I decided to drop by when they were having a BMW Showcase. I couldn't believe the reception that I got. I descretely pulled in to a parking area away from their event, not knowing whether they would want an AMG at their event. A couple of participants immediately spotted the car and I was surprised at how they all came around to check it out. Felt really good to be driving a vehicle that garnered such respect.

that looks fun. what is the name of the group. i am in sparks so i could drive over if i knew in advance when they were getting together. nice cars in there.

Yup, great photos, thx for taking the time to post them. You shouldn't be suprised your car garnered so much attention...it's well deserved

i will be coming to some of these events with my clk 55 amg this spring. sounds like a really fun event. thanks for posting the website.

Is this event still happening on Sundays?? This appears to be about a block away from my house. I'm a bimmer driver (sorry guys), but I might be able to wrangle up another BS owner to add to the mix...

I think they had one at Pavilion, again, today and I think you will find quite a number of BMW's there, as well.
Didn't go today . . . watching NASCAR instead . . .
