I can't wipe the smile off my face
Drove this beast home from Greensboro last night. Maybe I'm easily impressed but this is one hell of a car. Had one of the first CLK55s in the area and an S55 previously and they both seem pretty tame compared to this thing! What a car!!!!

Beautiful car with a beautiful engine. I am sure you won't be disapointed. Did you happen to get the car from MB of Greensboro on Norwalk St? How were they? I remember when I went with my dad to look at a S500 back in 2005, they were very rude.

You now have a great car and a piece of Mercedes history.

I know this is a stupid picture but I laughed really hard after I did this pulling up our driveway yesterday and I barely got on it (quite sure the neighbors were happy to hear this one). This car is simply one of the most amazing cars I ever driven! It sounds absolutely awesome and power is truly impressive. I can't wait until it's broken in and I can really unleash it potential!

.....would be a great you tube video wouldn't it! Need to be able to hold the hammer down though!
Thanks. No mods planned except for perhaps wheels at some point and for sure tint. Sounds great so no exhaust mod necessary and has boat loads of power.

Congrads. Tint will look good but don't go too dark or you'll turn classy into gangster which as a family man I'm extra careful to avoid.

If the burn out in your driveway impressed you, wait until you check out how smooth and controlled it is in opposite lock mode!

Sorry about posting all this stuff guys, I haven't been this excited about a car since I bought a 1976 280Z back in 1978. Almost feel that young again too.....
I just had the windows tinted on Thursday by one of the best window tinters in the business who does top quality work! What a great car!The tint looks great and the dogs are camera hogs.......

Thanks. This car is so much fun! Went to dinner last night in it, I still can't wipe the smile off my face. My wife thinks I'm nuts (don't think that impression came JUST from this car though....) b/c I get such a kick out of driving it. We've had ~50 cars (including 15 Porsches, 7 BMWs, 3 other MBZs, 3 Audis, 2 Land Rovers.......) in 16 years and honestly this is like no other! Truly an impressive car.
Here's a picture b/f leaving for dinner last night (I wanted to take a few after the tint was installed to see the diff).
