I believe the SLK32/C32 had a fuel parameter for 91 vs 93. Since I live in California I've not really worried about it since 91 is all that is readily available. However, I'm still curious is there is a setting for the 6.3 liter motor for 93 vs 91 octane. Anyone know?

With 91 oct you may get some occasional pinging under load, but the computer will back off on timing instantly, mask the problem.
My experience the 6.2 motor is very sensitive and really like to see 93oct to run properly.
Week ago I tried 96 oct, and I felt the difference, it was much more responsive down low and pulled much harder to its redline.
