hey guys, how much do you think a '07 or '08 BS would go for in 2010? at the standard depriciation with normal driving, not some mantlepeice that doesnt get driven but 500 miles a year.

The 2007 Black Series was an SLK not a CLK, and it was not sold in North America. I assume you are in North America, therfore the only BS you can get your hands on is the 2008 CLK or the yet to be released SL. I leased my Black Series for business/tax purposes, but my purchase option at the end of 36 months is somewhere in the low $70k range, maybe $72k. I don't have the paperwork in front of me to give you the exact figure but I know it's close. I have heard a couple other guys on here quote lease purchase option figures in the high $60k range. M-B and banks were quoting residual values all over the place on this vehicle due to lack of model history and their rare numbers. I am 100% certain I am buying mine at the end of the lease, however depending on which way the market goes for these BS vehicles you might be able to buy out someones 36 month lease in about 2 years for a hell of a good deal. These cars are nearly a year old already, I took delivery of mine in early-mid September of 2007 so look for some 36 month leases to mature about 2 years from now.
