CLK DTM > CLK BS and anyone who disagrees just does so because they can't afford the DTM. Like the guy who buys a Gallardo... he really just bought it because he couldn't afford the Murcielago.

I bought multiple 993 and 996 TT's because I just couldn't afford a CGT.
I bought a CLK black because I couldn't afford an SL black.
I just bought a 430 Scud because I couldn't afford and Enzo. Not really.

Nothing to do with your personal finance, but if you think just because someone can afford a 996 TT (40K on auto trader for example) they can afford an Carrera GT (400,000K, same source), you're on a different plant.

I would disagree on the Lambo statement though. While it may hold true for some, I believe some who purchased the Gallardo really do just want to have the Gallardo...a matter of personal taste
But saying that, I would definitely take a CLK-DTM over the BS...but if I had to pay, the BS is a good enough substitute!

hey akademiks or droptopsix........i clicked on your youtube link.....nice video of your SL600....do u feel safe in that neighborhood with that car? I also noticed some "verbal sparring" with others on your site. Maybe you can keep that on your little private forum instead of bringing it over here.
