New Vorsteiner carbon fiber wing
Since the other thread is a bit dated, thought this deserved a new thread. Pics to show of the completed project to follow hopefully later this week....
Unwrapped on the dining room table.
Held next to the stock wing....a slight size difference. The CF weave looks almost identical.

Looks awesome!!
Quality on Vorsteiner parts are amazing.
The only thing I see on my spoiler is over time the clear coat gets wavy and looks like the clear coat is being absorbed by the CF.

Doctodd33, that's a sweet looking BS with the wheels, the color, and the new wing. Definitely pops out more the OEM. Notice any difference at speed yet?

no testing yet....the story isnt over. Either the dealership did a less than perfect job, or the Vorsteiner wing i received had some minor variances. Im leaning towards the dealership since they made some other "imperfect" repairs. I will update later, and caution everyone to not jump to conclusions just yet. Does that mean the OEM spoiler is more valuable?!? Sure why not. As a result, Im going to hold onto it for a bit longer until this all plays out. The OEM spoiler is not a variable in this equation.

If you took pictures of your spoiler at these angles does it look the same?

Yes I received my car a couple of weeks ago and it is much better. They removed it and reattached it and I brought some clamps to improve the setting of the adhesive. There are still some minor variances in the Vorsteiner wing in comparison to the perfectly fitting OEM wing.
