I hate to say it but you're looking for a needle in a haystack. Lots of BSs in California but my research shows the majaority of the California BSs I have seen for sale have higher mileage on average (probably the beautiful weather nearly all year around), the lower mile cars seem to be midwest and east coast carsJgenerally speaking of course). White is the second most rare color behind Mars Red if I am not mistaken. As for bone stock, I'm sure the majority of them are still bone stock however the majority of the guys posting on this specific forum have modded cars, from lightly modded (wheels and tune) to moderately moded (wheels, tunes, suspension, intake, headers) to extremely heavily modded (all of the above plus superchargers, roll cages and aero packages and more).
