I just picked up a CLK63 bs today and on the drive home from the dealer the seats seem rather tight. Despite adjusting the bolster all the way out it still felt a little uncomfortable. I am 5'10" 200 lbs. I am not small but certainly not large, is it just me or have others with my frame or larger had similar experiences and if so what did you do to correct it if anything.

You are right, seats are tight and range of adjustment is small, but boy do they work well on a track. I'm 5-9 and 185 and they are tight on me.

They are tight but great on track. I am 5' 10" and 185 but dont have any issues with them being too tight. Your options (aside from lsoing weight) are aftermarket seats which would solve your problem. You have a wide range of seats to choose from depending on your budget. Congrats on your purchase and i hope you enjoy the heck out of her.

I am 6' and 240. Those are my shape master seats...

Congratulations on your excellent choice of a great car! I'm 6' 240 and yes, they are a little tight but you'll get use to them. And, as noted earlier they are great if you ever decide to track your car.

After driving the car a little bit more the seats are feeling more comfortable....what a great car, never imagined a MB ever handling like this.

I did. I've been eating too much with my pregnant wife. I have been driving my new Sprinter Van and my BS just sits in the garage along my C63.
