Benchmark Motoring in Bellevue, WA quoted me $1,800 to do my R Class. They say most of the time the hardest part is to get the lens off without damaging it. Most of the time they can get the seal on okay and there's no issues with condensation but once in a while the car has to go back in for a reseal. My disclaimer about this shop is that their work is top notch and their price reflects their price gouging. So likely you can find someone who knows what they're doing at half the price somewhere, but this was just to give you an idea on the high end of pricing.

CLK63 Black, E350 Wagon, Supercharged Denali, Lotus Elise, Tesla Model 3 Dual-Motor.
Go visit one of the EVO or CIVIC forums and I'm pretty sure you'll find somebody to paint your headlights.
