Anyone have any history on this CLK63 Black?

Hi Guys,
New to this forum and to MB's in general. Historically a porsche nut and just recently picked up my first ferrari, but I just love these black series cars and prices seem pretty attractive at this point.

Does anyone know anything about this car at Expo? It's been for sale for a while. Black HRE's aren't my favorite and it doesn't come with the OEM wheels. Also looks like in some pics it may have been lowered. 5 previous owners and not my #1 color but price seems right for the mileage.

Is this one worth investigating? Also, does anyone have any history with Expo. Have visited their site for years but have never purchased a car from them. Any insights would be welcomed. I'd also want to get a PPI done, but apparently none of the MB dealers in the area do PPI's? If anyone knows of a reputable independent in the area let me know.

Cheers!

Kevin

I sold mine (trade in) to MB SugarLand for same price about 4 months ago and mine had 23k miles so this is priced aggressively. However, a lot of Expo cars have accident history so definitely get it checked. There is a Mercedes Specialist off 59 and Chimney Rock called Motorwerks and they can do PPI. Check their web and talk to them, they do very high end cars there.

Keep looking for the right BS. You may have to pay a premium for a good unmolested one but you won't be sorry. BTW, I've owned and driven both (P 997TT and BS) and must say the BS is the better car, at least IMO. Not that my current 997 is bad it's just not a BS. Drive a BS and you'll understand.

Thanks. I've been for a ride in a BS that my buddy used to own. Didn't drive it but I was impressed! Loved the sound.

Snapped a few pics a while back with one of my toys. Not a 997, but a 993 with full RUF treatment.

+1 for the 993.

One of my all-time favorite 911 versions.
