BBS CH-R 20" Anyone?

Having a hard time finding pictures of the CH-Rs on the BS. WOuld love to do a 19" BBS wheel, but seems there arent any good fitments for us I might have to suck it up and go 20" . Has anyone done it, any really adverse effects on the wonderfully setup balance the car has now?

Pictures?

Agree, the FI are awesome, but prefer them on BMWs. Dont think they are in our setup anyways

I wouldn't put a cast wheel on the CLK BS unless they were for a dedicated winter set. Higher-end cast wheels are roughly 5-6 pounds heaver in those sizes.

FYI, HRE also offers a new FF01 series which is cast if you are stuck on the lower price points of cast wheels.

Price point aside, BBS cast wheels are amazingly strong and high quality. Of all the wheels I've owned, BBS cast wheels are by far the highest performing wheels, never had a problem in terms of bends, finish issues, etc.. In fact, my favorite wheel of all time as been the BBS RC, a cast wheel from BBS that never gave me a problem (aside from the stupid center lug cover design I can't say the same about some forged wheels from 2 bit manufacturers. Just wanted to say that Forged vs. Cast isnt a simple black and white decision.

You are correct, it is the unfortuate truth that the BBS CH is a heavy wheel for a cast wheel, no way around that, but BBS just doesnt offer any other wheels with the correct fitments for us.
