Time for a CLK63 Black Series registry
I'm a newbie both to MBworld (this is my first post!) and to the CLK63 BS (which I just bought last week).
So maybe this is presumptuous, but if I understand correctly, there really is no good compilation of CLK63 BS cars.
I'm willing to do the work to create a "registry", if members are willing to share information.
I think the registry should include the following info for each car:
VIN #
Serial #
Production date/year (if known)
Color
Options (Sorry, I'm ignorant -- what options were available?)
Owner's name
Owner's email
Date owner purchased car
# of previous owners (if known)
Is there anything I'm forgetting here?
Some owners will me missing one or more pieces of information -- that's fine. And some may not want to disclose personal info like their name and email address -- that's fine too.
What say you -- good idea, bad idea, good idea but wrong person?

There does not appear to be widespread (or even narrow-spread) enthusiasm for a more detailed registry.
