6.3 AMG Intake
Hey guys,
My question is for JR or anyone else that has converted their BS with a Weistec supercharger kit. I am looking for an original 6.3 intake manifold to use as a pattern for a boost capable plenum system without disassembling my car to start making the manifold. If anyone is interested in selling one or renting one (there will be no mods done, strictly for measurement purposes) just post back here and I will contact you to make the arrangements. I'm figuring I will need it for about a month if you are interested in renting it.
- thanks and take care - Dave

Twin turbos @ low pressure. I just dyno'd a 3.8 RSR motor I converted for a 07' RSR '935' project. We make 870 @7k on 1.1 bar w/ very low exhaust pressure. Doesn't sound like a lot but it's designed for endurance roadracing and heat soak can take a lot and turn it into a little, plus the reliability issues. Going to keep the black down about .5 bar. Still enough to vaporize tires. Hell the car does a pretty good job of that stock !!

So the M156 design will be about 7 psi with low exhaust pressure and heat?
Look forward to hearing more about this endeavor as you progress through prototyping and use cases.
