How can I find these door panels? If anyone has and want to sell, I will buy them from you. Or can someone give tips on getting my hands on these.

You could order them from mercedes. Just need VIN of Euro Spec Car.
If you want me to PM you my VIN let me know. My car is euro spec and has the Carbon Doors, and Recaro seats and different console.
