or dose a local MB dealer can supply all the parts for clk63 bs?

I've had good luck ordering parts from local dealerships in the US, but supplies on these parts are definitely limited. What I did find more difficult was finding correct part numbers and diagrams. I often refer back to this Russian website for part numbers since I just haven't had much luck with US sites.
