the previous owner of my car opted to pc the wheels black which I dont Like. Does anyone knows who can refinish wheels to OEM look?

I found a shop local but they told me that our wheels have a clear coat on them, and they do mostly chrome type of wheels like the one on hot rods.

Any owner here with recommendations?
