discount for cls550 (canada)?
I'm about to order the cls550 in canada.
the packages i'm getting is:
premium package
led light package.
the price is: ~104k (tax included)without any discount.
the most that the dealer was willing to budge (for the one i went to) was around 1000 dollars.
Did you guys get any discount?

Okay so a little update:
I went to a different dealership and i was able to get more discount off, around ~2000 dollars off the msrp. The packages i got was:
Premium package
LED light package
Advanced driving assistance package.
Total price with tax included was $105,000.
Before tax was roughly $93750.

I would have liked to respond to your question about discounts but think my experiencve here in UK would be a little irrelevant. I bought a 12 week old demonstrator from the dealer and, with 3,000 miles was therefore able to get $18,000 off a car that retails for £90,000.
This forum seems to be very quiet; I am also on a forum in the UK, which whilst generally very active, still only has one other new model CLS as far as I can see ....
On the upside there is a certain amount of exclusivity at the moment

Mine wasn't a demostrator, and there are only 2 cls63 and one-three cls550 that have arrived. I don't even think we have demonstrators at the moment. But thanks for the info =)
I hope you're enjoying your car. And cons you can think of so far?
For me, i don't like how the transmission shifter is on the steering wheel. That really bugs me, but i can't afford the AMG :lol:
