BMW 135i
It's a done deal as of this past friday and thanks for your help with getting a solid deal!
I only have a few pictures since I'm not local with the car.
But here is a cell phone picture from when the car arrived at the dealership. Will post more when I get some free time.

how many months? I am looking to lease one by years end - your deal is not as attractive as the other one mentioned in this thread

Hi,
I was hoping I could get a little guidance from the pro's on this forum. I am negotiating a lease on a 2012 CLS 550 4matic with European delivery. The CA dealer is quoting me:
Vehicle MSRP = $81476
Cash sale price = $75798 ( not including Tx accessory of 289 + doc fee of 45)
Total cap cost = $76132
39 month term with 12K miles per year
LR factor .00195
Residual Factor of 53%
Cash down = $2973.64
monthly pmt + tax = $1161.03
Just trying to understand if I am getting a good, fair or bad deal here. Would very much appreciate input.

I got some good deals from BMW in the past, I think if a monthly lease payment can be close to 1% of MSRP with min cash down, then should be a good deal.
I got a new 2012 650i convert last month, MSRP is 106k, 36 months, 10k miles a year, selling price was a few grand below invoice, MF was 0.00230, came out 2.1k cash down, $1060 a month include tax, exact 1% of MSRP.

Thank you KUNMB and LSM777 for the suggestions. It appears as though I need to work on my sales price. Is anyone familiar with the MB European delivery program specifics? I have been told that there is a non-negotiable 7% discount off of MSRP for European delivery purchases - Perhaps there is further negotiation after all? Also, its seems that the current residual factor is around 58% vs my 53%.
Much appreciated..

2010 E350 4Matic w/sport package
Way too much imo. The money factor buy rate is .50% lower than what you got. The sales price is too high. If you own a competitor car Mercedes is offering an additional 2k incentive. I got way under invoice, I will leave it at that, my payment is $879 on a 39 month lease, msrp was just under 80k, 5 k down

2012 MB CLS 550
My payment is $879.30 total. I do business with a MB dealer in SoCal and I got what amounts to a deal one of their employees would get. Its untouchable, even on MB website they qoute a less equiped car with $6500+ down and a payment of $999.00 NOT inlcuidng use tax. Do not mean to hijack the thread, but if anyone wants to assume my lease, details are below....
So I just got the car 1.5 months ago but my new car came in way quicker than anticipated. I do business with a dealer in SoCal so got an untouchable deal and would like to pass it on to one of you. My payment is $879.30/mo(all in-including use tax and everything) with 37 months left. Original lease term 39 months with 12k miles/year, I have 1600 miles on the car currently. I am asking for $3500. MSRP is $79,945.00. Whoever assumes the lease would be responsible for the assumption fee which is $595.00 through Mercedes Benz Financial and would have to be approved by them. (easy). With $3500 down on a new CLS you would be at 1000+/mo with use tax and everything included..Im at $879.30 all in -my deal is a steal for anyone interested
Windows are already tinted and I have 20" vossen CVS3 on car which I will also sell really cheap. Car comes with the optional 19's and is built as below:
MSRP with Options $79,945
BASE MSRP $71,300
exterior: Black$0
interior: Black Leather$0
trim: Burl Walnut Wood Trim$0
wheels: 19-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels $500
Packages
Premium 1 Package $4,390
Lou
Here are pics of the 20x9 fronts and 20x10.5 rear Vossen CV3 on Hankook rubber 255/30/20 and 295/25/20 offset sits flush with fender looks great, no mods or anything else done to car. As mentioned above the car will come with the stock wheels and you can add these wheels for cheap if wanted. (sorry for poor quality phone pics)
