Eco Automatic start stop sucks in HOT CLIMATES!!! The main problem I have with eco automatic start-stop is that it turns the cooling of the airconditioning off. The air still blows, but it stops being cool very rapidly in Florida heat. Supposedly, the system is not supposed to shut the engine down if the difference btw the temperature outside is too different from the temperature inside. In practice, it doesn't work this way. I get into my car and drive 1 block to the traffic light at the edge of my neighborhood and the engine stops and the cabin temperature skyrockets almost immediately. The engine stays off. The auto start stop function must be turned off everytime you get in the car if you don't like it. Grrrr.
