thinking of a CLS350 to replace 740Li

Thinking of moving down to a smaller car and considering a CLS350 with all options except for AMG bodykit to replace my 2010 Bmw 740Li (F02) which is also fully loaded except for the Msport bodykit.

I have been a benz owner for 14 straight years and the 7 is my first bmw, the 7 blows all my benzes in terms of comfort, driving dynamics, no problem really with the car except that i hate bmw's poor service.

Anything i can expect out of a CLS? Is it heavy to drive like a C class? How is the suspension, driving feel? My dealer doesnt have a test drive unit now.

This obviously hits a national audience but just so you know in the USA, we only get CLS550 and CLS63. The 550 in the USA comes standard with sport package so I dont think anyone from the USA can answer your question.
